Mentoring Program - Good Standing

Once a member graduates from the mentoring program they are expected to remain in good standing with the community. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Mentoring at least two other members if called upon
  2. Actively participating in one ore more of the TA Today activities including but not limited to:
    1. Working with the broader team to improve TA Today community in whatever capacity fits you and aids in this endeavor
    2. Working to improve the neoclassical model through additional research, etc.
    3. BeingĀ an active member of the community and contributing to the advancement of the model and those practicing it
  3. Live by the TA Today creed of honesty and openly sharing knowledge with others
  4. Referring at least two potential members over the first two years once graduating from the program which consists of:
    1. An agreement by your mentor that you have obtained the bulk of the knowledge and can successfully apply the neoclassical model and teach others
    2. Successfully win 7 out of 10 Chart Games in a controlled environment setting demonstrating your ability to apply the neoclassical concepts successfully
